Ocean waves simulation features:

• 2D Discrete Fourier Transform
• Fast Fourier Transform algorithm
• Gaussian Distribution as the waves function
• In general, followed the techniques in Tessendorf paper (https://goo.gl/88QBnv)

Only wire-frame showed. Ocean water visuals will be done as part of another work.
